Yeah, yeah, yeah -- Stadium Club's got strippers. So, how's the food?

As far as strip clubs in D.C. go, Stadium Club is the best I've experienced thus far.

Steak? Sure. T&A? Of course. Private suites? Absolutely.

Prior to attending a press dinner at this venue, I had an aversion to the thought of eating in strip clubs.

As a heterosexual woman, the thought of labia accompanying my creme brulee sent shudders all over my body. (Let's not even start with the thought of fish.)

However, the dining room at the Stadium Club is, dare I say, classy. It's completely separate from the actual "floor" and stages, so you can only see silhouettes dancing from a distance through the glass window.

Now, realistically I would never go to a strip club for the food, but if you just happen to fall in love with one of those strippers and would like to treat her to a bite before she dances, voila.

At the press dinner, I had the chance to experience:

  • A heaping and fresh Caesar Salad
  • Vodka sorbet
  • A delicious, medium-well steak
  • A huge creme brulee for dessert

The chef at Stadium Club hails from Ruth's Chris Steak House, so the food is actually really good, albeit pricey (compared to other strip clubs in the area).

So, if you're just looking for a cheap lap dance, a quick in and out, or are just "curious" this may not be worth the investment.

We had a fab time with the Washington Kastles last week.

So much fun, in fact, that we forgot to paparazzi Miss Anna Kournikova and ended up just posing and taking photos of ourselves all night at the tennis season finale party. (Oops!)

Luckily, Peter Stepanek of Sky High Art snapped some great ones of everyone else! :-)

The term fine line used to mean you were on thin ice with someone.

But now, in the anti-aging era, it’s a lot scarier -- and on your face.

Never fear. Georgetown Skin is here.

Offering services and treatments any hot D.C. blogger would love -- from injectables (Botox and Dysport) and laser hair removal to chemical peels and Latisse (eyelash extensions) -- Dr. Howard Brooks is now zapping everything on Washingtonian faces from "parentheses lines" to "crow's feet," which many people say can be fab for the self esteem.

Just ask Washington-based blogger Andrea Rodgers (a.k.a.  Ask Miss A) who recently went under Dr. Brooks' needle.

"According to a new study ... Botox not only makes you look and feel better, but it also improves your love life," Miss Rodgers wrote on her Ask Miss A blog. "The study by University of Illinois Chicago found that receiving Botox injections led the person to get better first impression scores for three factors – attractiveness, athletic appearance, and dating success."

Now, that's a fine line we're not afraid to cross.

Fox News just reported, "That was something awful out there."

Is it time for a new D.C. slogan? How about ... Washington, D.C.: Our Weather Will Freak You Out

Earthquakes and tornadoes and heat waves and snowmagdden -- oh my!

No junk in the trunk? No worries.

Just pull on a pair of Booty Pop panties and you'll be a hippin' and a hoppin' all night long. Just like Beyonce.

But don't laugh too hard. Booty Pop sales are projected to hit one million pairs of panties by December 2010.

Good-bye girdle, hello padded panties. ...

KAC's got a crush on Mayor Fenty: Take III

Earlier this week, I told Mayor Fenty I think he's the hottest mayor in America.

He said, "I don't read any blogs, but ... Glittarazzi."

That -- and his six-pack -- is why I've got a crush on Mayor Fenty.
